Initial Session
The initial session usually takes 1.5 hours. During that time the client can share his/her history along with his/her physical, mental, and emotional symptoms and concerns. This multi-dimensional information gathering enables me to analyze the case holistically and leads to the most efficacious recommendation of one or more remedies.
Follow-up Session
Follow-up sessions usually take 50 minutes and occur by mutual agreement. I typically recommend a spacing of 6 - 8 weeks between follow-up sessions.
Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. They can be arranged via phone, Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or equivalent links.
Check-ins
Between follow-ups, I am available for brief check-ins by email The primary purpose of a check-in is to monitor client response to the remedies or to answer questions. There is a $45 fee for new prescriptions requested via email.
